ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2023

Notice is given that the annual general meeting of Australian Dance Council, Ausdance (NSW) Inc (Ausdance NSW) will be held on:

Date: Wednesday 7 June 2023
Time: 6.00pm – 7.00pm
Location: HYBRID
The Arts Exchange Building (Ground Floor) and via zoom

All are welcome to attend, but only current Ausdance NSW members are able to vote (or give proxy to another member to vote on their behalf). Please register to attend the AGM below.

Any current Ausdance NSW member is welcome to nominate to become a member of the Ausdance NSW Board of Directors.  The role is voluntary.  Nomination forms can be found below. Nominations close on 30 May 2023.  To find out more about joining the Board of Directors and the responsibilities of the roles, please contact Sarah at marketing@ausdancensw.com.au to discuss them further.

If you are unable to attend the meeting but would still like to vote on the appointments of the new Management Committee members, you can appoint a proxy. Proxy forms can be found below and are due at 5pm on Monday 5 June 2023.

What happens at the AGM?
You will hear reports on Ausdance NSW’s operations for 2022 and elect members of the Board of Directors for 2023.
