Ausdance NSW has an exciting program set for 2016 - 2018. We are seeking two new members of the team including a Marketing and Administration Officer and an exciting new role of Manager Ausdance NSW.

 

 

 

Marketing and Administration

The Interchange festival brings together short dance works, a forum and the sharing of new ideas by over 20 national and international choreographers and interdisciplinary artists. Interchange Festival will take place on 13-15 November at our home at the Drill, 1C New Beach Rd, Rushcutters Bay.

 

PERFORMANCE: FACETS 2015
Friday 13 November, 7-9 pm

BEYOND THE TRAINING 2015

A one day exploration of the 'Viewpoints’, a physical training that provides a vocabulary for thinking about and acting upon movement and gesture within the construction of theatre and movement composition on stage.

The 2015 Australian Dance Awards were held in Adelaide, on Saturday 12 September as a celebration of our vibrant industry and to acknowledge the incredible achievements of our community throughout the past year. 

Congratulations to all the winners and to Ausdance SA on a wonderful event.

The Catalyst Dance Residency is a national artist development program across two years for 15 to 18 dance practitioners with and without disability who demonstrate a commitment to integrated dance practice.

In 2014, Ausdance NSW produced the Australian Dance Awards at the Sydney Opera House, a fabulous night celebrating our thriving Australian dance industry. Footage of the fantastic evening can be seen here.
