Celeste started practicing yoga in 2009 which fascinated her from the very first moment; from then on she kept practicing and discovering different schools such as Hatha yoga, Iyengar, and Swasthya yoga. In 2012 she found Yogestalt which totally changed her view and understanding of Yoga, since then she is practicing, teaching, studying, and deepening her knowledge.
Celeste discovered Rolfing while reading a book on Gestalt therapy and she was instantly drawn to it. What a wonderful discovery! She was so interested in it that she decided to start studying in the European Rolfing Association, in Munich, Germany, where she completed her training as a Certified Rolfer.
Celeste’s wish is to help others, with the tools she acquired from these two practices, and to share the integrating vision that both have in common. She helps people to reconnect with their emotions, mind, and bodies, become aware of their potential, and improve their lifestyles in a long term fashion.
